In 2012 the NATA AGM will depart from the long running format of Monday afternoon, all day Tuesday and Wednesday morning. Instead it will run for two full days, Tuesday and Wednesday. There will be an Aviation Insurance Seminar open to all on the Monday afternoon. This semiar will qualify for continuing education credits for the insurance group. The President's reception will still be on the Monday night (April 16), and the banquet will be on the Tuesday night. This will reduce the need for weekend travel and allow for other industry meetings to take place on the Monday, make the agenda more effective, and work better with the Trade Show.
